Hi, I have a friend (non-EEA) that is about to apply for his permanent residence using the EEA4 however the EEA national married to my friend is not applying for her permanent residence.

Someone told me that it looks better for the Home Office if both non-EEA and EEA applies together (using EEA 3 and 4).

Can anyone please share your thoughts about this please?

Only my friend that is non-EEA wants to apply but if "looks better" for the HO for both of them to apply they will do it.

Thank you.

Does it make a difference for the home office?

Thank you for your reply but on the other tread no one talks about the difference applying only with EEA4 or including the EEA national with a EEA3 application as well. I would to know if anyone here heard about last experiences.

Thanks.

it doesn't make any difference applying together

but if EEA national apply before and received PR and later if NON EEA national send EEA3 application then his/her application will be processed faster because home office already seen EEA national documents

how many EU national interested in PR or UK citizenship ... not everyone .. i know many EU national living in the UK for 10/13 years but not interested in UK citizenship.
