EEA3 form version invalid?

Hi,

I recently completed the EEA3 form for permanent residency and sent it off to Durham via special delivery. At the time of sending the form (28/09/13) it was the current version, but on the day Royal Mail delivered it to UKBA, it was 01/10/13, the very day a new version of the form was released.

Will that invalidate my application or will they still accept it given that I posted it before the new form was released?

Thanks

There is no requirement to complete the form. Therefore, an old version ought to be accepted. The important thing is that you provide the evidence required. (Also nowadays, the fee).

Thanks for the answer. I checked my account today and noticed they have taken the payment so I'm assuming that they are processing the application after all.

I would take that to mean that they have accepted your application.
