What reason are most EEA2 applications refused?

I read a few recent EEA2 applications have been refused.
Is there a trend as to a common refusal reason?

From what I've seen, it seems that many people have trouble proving employment/self-employment. Therefore, proof of exercising EUTR is probably the main problem.
Don't forget about insurance for self-sufficient people/students.

What are the common refusal reasons applying via surrinder singh route?
We are a genuine couple and I have proof of 6+ months of business. Just worried about proof of residency in ireland as we never rented.
