Thought to share update with you,
Received decision from UT and finally appeal allowed on paper based. Really appreciated UT judge, who read each single appeal paper and shows angriness on FTT not to look properly evidences at initial stage.
Took time but worth it.
Many thanks of all in putter from first of the day especially old fella.

Good if you can tell us bit more about the case and application you submitted

ya it was eea family permit application (out of the country), quite few reasons were from eco to refuse applictaiton.

Hi scorpio congrats may we know where did you apply for EEA fp and what was the reason they refuse at first place?
