So you just applied without any proof of EEA national exercising treaty right?

obviously they will refuse your application

You should have asked for some advise before sending the application

I've sent a job's agreement contract from the Job Centre Plus and the Home Office has said that that's not enough proof. Thus a letter from the DWP is needed.
So do you think with a zero hours contract and payslips is enough?

Please, I some clarification if you would!

As long EEA national working and you can prove it by letters or payslip that's fine

14 + hours per week is good

Many big companies like McDonalds , Starbucks employ people in zero hour contract so that's not a big deal
