EEA 1&2 self-sufficient ..documentation

Hi all,

I will be applying for EEA1&2 by this weekend. Here is the list. Please let me know if the below documents are ok or not needed. Also share your experiences:

1. EEA1 Application with 2 pics + original passport + copy of passport
2. EEA 2 application with 2 pics+ original passport + copy of passport
3. Original Marriage certificate + copy of certificate
4. CSI Medical insurance (Aviva 56 pounds p/m)
5. EEA national 6 month norwegian bank statement stamped (regular account) this account had been closed so no closing amount.
6. EEA national 2 months saving account (print off from online banking) do you think I should get it stamped?? Closing amount 8k, oanda conversion attached.
7. NoN EEA national 6 months saudi bank statement (stamped) closing amount 4k.. oanda conversion attached
8. Non EEA national letter from tsb bank current accpunt confirming amount on their letter head (signed and stamped) closing amount 3500
8a. Non EEA national letter from tsb bank saving account confirming amount on their letter head (signed and stamped) closing amount 3800
9. EEA Cover letter + giving reason and asking for passport back
10. Non EEA cover letter + giving reason and asking for passport back
11. 2x royal mail prepaid envelopes


Any suggestions feel free to reply.

yes that's enough is it for both?

But if you can include another proof of address that would be great. water bill, telephone bill

No its just for me.. oh well maybe I will see if tsb bank will add her name onto my account. That would be easier...
also we just arrived in uk on 11th oct and im on EEA FP which is expiring on 6th dec 2013...

if I just apply for EEA2 only do I still need to show wifes proof of address. We are staying at cousins.

if I just apply for EEA2 only do I still need to show wifes proof of address. We are staying at cousins.

very important : proof of address for both. good to show you are living together under same roof after arriving

For married couples proof of address is not necessary at EEA2 RC stage although it just confirm that the couples are in UK.

Hm to be in safe side I will add her on my bank account. Just made and appointment with tsb. All they need is passport to have joint account.

Residence card approved using the documents listed above. I sent a copy of every document I sent so the original original documents were returned. So happy. Thanks to all who helped me out.
