Good morning guys,
I got my eea2 in 2008 my wife was student at the time, she did not apply.
I will apply for my eea4 next week based on;
1 year student 2008/2009
4 years working 2009/2013

Will ho ask for health insurance?
For the year as student i will send a letter from uni and bank statements, is it enough?

Thanks in advance.

Why would you think they wouldn't? There are rules you need to follow if you want a confirmation of PR.

No.

No.
I read somewhere that if you got a visa as student before the rules changed you dont need to sent it, correct me if I am wrong.

What else should i send to cover the time as student.

Thanks Jambo

This is true. Did your wife apply for Registration Certificate (EEA1) as a student?
Or did she work part time as a student? Otherwise, you just need to wait 1 more year when your wife completes 5 years working in the UK.

No, she did no apply? Only me, she was studying full time, does that mean I need the insurance?
