Hello guys,
I am Swedish national and my wife applied from Pakistan for EEA FP. They refused with the reason not much evidences to proove it, which we understand we should have provided pics etc. ECO declared it as Marriage of Convenience on the basis no proof of devoted contact and my presence for marriage - which we can easily proof as we have marriage video and photographs too.

My questions: is it better to reapply or make an appeal? What is the time limit to make a new application, which one is faster. Appreciate your quick response

OK thanks mate! My question is when can we reapply? Can we reapply straight away`? or do we have to wait for appeal period (i.e 28 days)
One more thing, since I am in UK now and the reasons mentioned are not strong enough as we have all the proofs such as wedding photo album, video recording of two days ceremony and also photos with family n friends who were present at wedding. We have some receipts of hiring Photographer/video makers who made the shoot in wedding.. address on the national id cards of both us is also same

If we provide all these evidences would be enough? He mentioned no proof of devoted contact before/since marriage. Which we kept through skype, viber and whatsapp...how do we proove that? Will screen shots email work?

You can reapply the next day although it would be advisable to address the reason for refusal. Just provide proof that the marriage is genuine. Did you ever live together? Evidence of that can help.

Yes absolutely about 28 days together, but how do I prove this? The national id card of my wife was on my address... except this how do we prove it? We have photos of marriage..thats it! I can show the stamps on passport at Immigration of Pakistan n Sweden and then leaving from Pakistan too.
