(1) I have ror which was issued last wk Thursday
I get it on Sartuday that go fine just 4month
But my main concern is their is a gap of 3month
In-between my ex treat right this my main concern
Can I fill it up with exstra treat right she
Have do after divource because she still
Working till now and she is planing going back
To home country after my pr she is willing to help
Me pls I just want to know if I can fill that gap
With is payslip stament Ac p60 and p45 after
Devource I don't know if home office will
Accept this 3month gap and all this fill it
Up pls I will really appreciate ur respond

Three months gap shouldnt be a problem for your PR. What your ex does after divorce isnt relevant to you or the Home office (simple they arent interested). Remember its you who will be exercising the treaty right yourself not your ex. you will acquire your PR by July 2014.
