Hi,
i'm "retained the right of residence" holder after divorce with EEA national. In end of 2014, my 5 years will be completed. And I have to ask one question.
question) What things I have to be careful during this period before completion of period of 5 years? If I will loss the job, will it be problem in application for ILR/PR? if Yes, then minimum how-many hours job per week is necessary to have? For how-long I can be unemployed, and will be no problem for application of PR/ILR.
I'm requesting to senior members to help me out.

if you are unemployed you must register with Job centre or agency and look for job every 1/2 weeks; and find a job within 6 months
10 hours ; but more then 14 hours is good per week
if you have saving you can be self sufficient too with health insurance

For the purpose of PR under Regulation 15 (1f), you will need to show that you fulfil tge criteria under Regulation 10 (6). You will need to demonstrate that you had sufficient resource or was employed or self employed from retention of Residence to the date of Quslification, which will usually be five years after marriage.
An employment under 10 hrs could meet this criteria, provided it is genuine and effective.

And for example, if I lose my job, then for how long I can be unemployed, and that period will not effect my PR application? any knowledge?
RoR holder and new spouse (non-EEA), need advise.....

Hi guys,
I have to discuss an important issue on this forum. I'm RoR (retention of right of residence) after divorce with EEA national in 2012. Now I have made another marriage with Non-EEA national woman. But she is living out of EEA (European Economic Area). As I do not hold PR (Permanent Residency) yet. And I cannot bring her here in UK on spouse visa, until unless I get my PR. But can I bring her here not on spouse visa but on some other type/category of visa? Do you guys have some idea/information?
I mean for some short term visa, for couple of months. As I'm living here as a resident (not permanent resident, but with resident card) for last 4 years, and working as a permanent employ for last 4 years as well.
I will be very thankful of you guys, if you will give some time to this discussion. I really need to know about this situation, under your knowledge and experiences.
regards

Normal Visitors visa. She will need to show that she will return to her own country though.

dear vinny, you have blocked my post in right section of forum, Yes it is duplicated but I reported about this post myself that I don't know how to delete my this post, so remove it, so you could block this one, not the other one. As I'm not getting enough replies/help on this one. that's why I did duplicate my post.
Now, I don't know what to do.....
