Hello All,

Ok so got the passports back today and refused visa.

Visa officer says he is not satisfied that we(parents) are not primary carers of our EEA national child plus he is not satisfied with our CSI plus not sufficient funds.

We provided all documents which we feel they did not even bother to look at and never returned us back.!

Any help??

Chen basis - my daughter is a EEA national minor child.

I am not very clued up on Chen applications sorry, hope someone who does, advises you.
