Ready to send EEA1-EEA2, some questions

Hi all,
so this time came that we have to send our applications. Just some questions:
1 - we have an international marriage certificate issued in Turkey and the official translation from Turkish consulate in London. Do we need to send both certificate and translation? Will they send back to us the certificate?
2 - Do we need to send in separate envelopes the two applications? Do we need to include two separate prepaid envelopes for them to send back the passports, RC, etc?
3 - We get married in 2005. Do we need to send photos etc etc to prove no marriage of convenience after 8 years of marriage? Would it help to include a copy of my residence permit in Turkey to show that I lived there for more than 5 years? or not necessary?
