hello all,
My solicitor has lodged an appeal and the money is been taken off my account. I asked him when he is sending documentation to court and he said he does not need to send any supporting document to court. That he will go to court with the documents when the hearing date is fix?

I thought the court normally gives u a date to submit all supporting evidence? Please let me know if it is true that he does not need to send the documents.

Does not seem right at all.

If you appeal on line , you have to send notice of devision to the tribunal.

Date will be set, and directions given to file in bundles and witness statement with 5 days of hearing.

By the way, what was the reason for refusal, and are you sure your solicitor knows what he is doing?
