Applying For Retention Of Right Soon ( PLS HELP )

Pls My Beloved Moderators/ Members, after a divorce with my ex, we have been married for more than three years before the start of divorce, i recieved my decree absolute yesterday, we have both been married, leaved together and work for more than three years in uk. Pls help me check the following documents......
Ex... Documents
1. Self Employed Registration details since 2009,
2. Self Assessment for 2009/2010, 2011/2012, 2012/2013
3. Employed in 2010-2012 p60 and p45 ( while ex was still self employed )
4. NI Contribution for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013
5 Bank statement from december 2012 to september 2013 ( no money wise bcos ex get paid cash in hand in most jobs.
6. Accountant Letter Dated 4th November before decree absolute
7. Bussiness Cards
8. Advertisement Online Print Out
Me.......
1. Four P60s for the past 3yrs bcos i worked for two companies 2010/2011
2. Recent Payslips,
3. Letter from Employer
4. Bank statement
5. Passport(expired but RC still valid)/ full uk driving licence
6. Decree absolute
7. Few Bills
Please Sir/ moderators and members what do you think about my ex 10 months bank statement and Accountant Letter dated 4th of november?
Do i need to submit all these From ex or Few?
Should i submit ex p60 and p45
What about my Expired Passport? I have called HO and explain they told me they will re issue my RC in A4 paper, I dont mind
