EEA4 FOLLOWING A DIVORCE OVER 7 MONTHS WAIT

HI ALL,
TIME LINE FOR EEA4 Retaining right of residency ''Following a divorce''
Applied EEA 4 on 23-04-2013
COA received 27-04-2013
ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 MONTHS AND HEARD NOTHING FROM HO
I CALLED MANY TIMES REQUESTED MY PASSPORT BACK NO LUCK AT ALL!!!!!
application info:
2007 married EEA member
2008 issued 5 years residence card
2011 petitioned divorce
2012 decree nisi and decree absolute granted
2013 applied EEA4 (retention of residence following divorce )
Documents submitted:
Proof of cohabitation for more than 4 years
Utility Bills, council tax, tenancy agreements, bank statements with my name and my EX’s
Decree absolute/Decree Nisi, etc
My EX’s 5 years of P60/ Payslips letter of employment
My self employed documents from the accounted for the full 5 years along with few P60/Payslips of Previous jobs
FULL TIME STUDENT: From 2008-2012 Student loans/grants documents while I was studying my BA Hons at Uni 4 year’s sandwich course attached with my degree certificate.
2012-2014 full time MSc postgraduate student.
ANYONE COULD HELP OR BEING IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANSES PLEASE SHARE YOU’RE THOUGHTS.
