Application received on the 15th of July 2013
Sent a request for return of EEA 3 Passport due to emergency travel on 20th November. Received our documents back with Permanent residence issued on the 22nd of November.
If your case is straight forward,You can just ask for your passport back after 4months and see how they speed things up!! I asked for the passport back just to see if they have approved for EEA3 as i assumed its quicker than EEA4. They put things together in 2days
Best of luck!!

I think we are beginning to read too much into what type of documents to attach and all, even though its the major information needed,I believe a lot of people have shed more lights than i will.
If you find my post, you will see what my story was.
Documents
A2 registration
5 years p60
Marriage certificate
bank statements (Jan-April-july-oct-Dec) for every year,both EEA3 & 4
Utility bills
Council tax (joint)
Like i said,if there are no issues with work in between then any application based on this will be accepted,no matter how long.
