my friend is indian and he is now married with Polish girl.
The guy is on Tier 4 student.
they are married now and i wana to know that if they can book SAME DAY Visa service with home office ??
what form he needs to fill up?
and any documents list plz??/

He can book same day visa service but that won't for a visa under EEA Regulations as those are only done by post (can take upto 6 months).

He should be aware that an Indian student marrying a Polish girl will probably hit all the red flags in the HO when he makes an application.

All EEA applications is via post only at the moment. Prepare to fight back as this is a red flag as earlier advised by Jambo
