I submitted my EEA2 application before under Proxy marriage which was 2012 and i was refused in November 2013.Can i resubmit another application for durable relationship. will have Aviva insurance on our names since October 2011 which is over 2 years now.

both names on it AVIVA since 2011 to 2015 which will have be paying for and Tenancy Agreement since 2011 to 2014.

but other document was her name only.

If I understand you, you made an application before the Proxy marriage was allowed; it was refused and you want to make a fresh application now that it has been allowed. I would say yes to that but you need to attach as many evidences as possible. All the best
