Hi All,

Quick question, I have been living in the UK for almost 7 years. I am making an application for residence and was wondering if EEA2 or EEA4 is applicable to me. I am Indian married to a French woman who is a student here. What is the difference between the two forms and how do they decides who qualifies for what ?

Thanks

EEA2 form is being used if a non-eu national is applying residence permit with the current evidences of treaty rights of its EEA national partner but EEA4 form is to apply permanent residence after 5 years as long as the EEA national continuously been exercising its treaty rights for 5 years.
