Variant of EEA2 Form

Sheraz what did you mean re "correctly filled form"? My understanding is that there is no requirement to use the "form" as long as you include the appropriate evidence.

It says this on the EEA2 form.

Our application will follow the sections of the form and will use the numbering sequence and some of the pages (name address payment details etc) this is because the "official form" does not make it easy to for S Singh applications to include specific information regarding for example host country rules regarding tax and social security payments during the first year of self employed activety which we will explain as a narrative .

I am also not clear on the legality of some of the questions on for example "crimes against humanity" anyone have any thoughts?or experiences.

My advice would be to avoid being creative (although legally you can). Fill in the relevant sections in the form. Add a cover letter which handles everything else which is not in the form.
