Is EEA1 important for application towards EEA Family Permit

Hello peeps,
I am an Indian national applying for a Family permit to join my husband who is an Irish national living in the UK. Currently he is working full time and is also exercising his treaty rights in the UK.
Backstory:
We got married in October 2013 and I have moved to India in November 2013 to apply for the Family Permit since my PSW expired (November 2013). My husband was away in Australia for work and will return to the UK December 2013. Considering we didn't have enough time for him to retrieve his passport from the Home Office we both agreed that I apply from India. I have all the documents needed to apply for the Family Permit at the moment.
Question:
I wanted to know whether a copy of his EEA1 or work permit registration is required for me to apply with my Family Permit application. They do ask for it in the form, should I simply say N/A since I have papers of his work contract and payslips to prove that he is exercising his Treaty Rights in the UK?
I am yet to submit the paperwork, it will be very helpful if you could let me know whether this is needed for the application. I find conflicting information or not enough information on this online.
PS: we are doing this process ourselves, no solicitors.
Thanks in advance, and Happy Holidays!
