Relationship with partner breaks down (partner's visa)

Hi,

After founding out that my expartner got engaged in his home country (we were together 6 years before he received the visa as an EEA national for 5 years in Feb 2012) I wrote a letter to the UKBA explaining all (straightway I found out in Aug 2013) and informing them about permanent break down of the relationship.
Unfortunate, since that time no one from the UKBA has contacted. I think his visa is not cancelled as he is still in the UK working and traveling from and to UK.

Do I need to do anything else? Shall I try to contact UKBA again. Personally I found this very unfair that he lied to me, broke my life (this is still very difficult for me) and still is in the UK legally as a my partner.

Please advise

By informing the UKVI/Border Force of the circumstances, you have done all you can. Just thank your lucky stars that you never married/registered a civil partnership with him. It's now time to turn your back on him and move on. If you believe in '.....what goes around, comes around' he'll get his comeuppance.
