Requesting COA --How to contact

Applied for EEA2 19 Nov
Received confirmation 23 Nov
Payment deducted 22 Nov
We are still waiting for COA as can not apply for work without it.
Does anyone know email address or any other mode of how to contact EEA2 department to request for COA.

I am a British Citizen.
I have applied EEA2 for Residence Card for my Non EEA dependent parents under SS rule

I applied on the 14th nov, only just got mine yesterday. yours will come

December month post office really busy i believe that's why

The COA is still not received.
My worry is that if the COA is not received before 1 Jan and later the UKBA returns the EEA2 application for RC with any reason whatsoever.
the application will be forced to be treated under New rules of SS(new Rules After 1 Jan)
Although the application was sent in Nov and Confirmation received and money deducted
So please help me with the email address or ay other mode of writing to EEA2 RC department so that I can request for the COA

It took almost a month for me to receive. I applied on 11 nov and received coa on 7 december. Call them 0151 672 5626 option 2 and 2. Just ask them case id , in this way you will get to know if it had been assigned to caseworker or not. If case id has been assigned you should get coa soon
