Hello Everybody,
hope everything is fine for all of you!
I'm writing to have some information and advices about my situation.
I'm an EU member got married with a non-EU person.
On 25th Nov 2013 we won the appeal against HO decision that refused my husband's residence card.
I want to know how long we have to wait more to receive my husband's document?
Is it a good idea to call the HO and ask for updating?
It's at least 18 months we are fighting for our rights to live and settle down in this country...

Thanks to all...
I wish you all the best in your lives.
:D

Hi guys,
thanks for your suggestions.
I'd like to share with you some news about our situation.
In the determination, the judge has awarded costs for the total amount of the appeal's fees.
Last friday this amount has been accreditated in our bank account.
In your knowledge, do you think my husband is very near to get his residence card?

Note:
Even my grandma from Italy can't wait anymore to meet her first grandson-in-law :D
And we too want to go in Italy very very very soon.

Thanks for your time and valuable information.
