information about stay

I m married to a french woman with 2 kids but was in jail for a year got bail by the European judge for human right but they told me they will give me a decision within 2 weeks of my release it been now 4 months and still don't heard nothing what can i do?previously i got a stay for 5 years and now I'm still waiting for the judge answer and can't do nothing.

Well,I think you should still wait for the final determination of your STATUS or contact them through your Lawyer if you have one. It all depends on the degree of your crime as it can sometimes be so devastating for you if you happen to be seen as a threat to National Security. All the best.

Quite strange.

Which european judge of human right granted you bail, and where is he or she based.

Has the UKBA made a decision on grounds of Public policy or pPublic Security.

What was the nature of the offence?

I guess you have appealed the decision.

i was sentenced to 2 years 9 months done my sentence when i finish its that UKBA hold me like a detainee for 6 weeks that why i with my lawyer put a bail application and was granted I was convicted for conspiracy to defraud with lesser role. my lawyer seem to not no nothing he keep telling me we have to wait and can't contact them but at the audience the judge say 3 or 5 times it will take 2 weeks but we are now in the 4 months
