Hi, I do need your help please.

I'm a non-EEA national with Permanent Residence through expended family member of an EEA national. I would like to apply for my husband and our advisor wants to fill EEA2 application form for him with me as a sponsor. Is this even possible? Can I be considered as a sponsor based on PR?

I believe it's FLR(M) we need to apply with but advisor seems to disagree.

Please advise.

thank you

I've moved your topic to a more appropriate place.

I would suggest that an EEA type application would not be appropriate, though others might correct me. If you have PR, then an application could be made under the immigration rules.

Impossible under EEA route. You need to apply under UK immigration route

EEA2 is for Family member or extended family member of an EU national

You are not an EU national and your husband is not extended family member of an EU national

If you are a PR holder but an EU national then you can use EEA2 application but in this case you must apply under UK route
