Can someone please help.

i recently submitted an eea2 to the HO which was refused based on some allegations on my marriage cert. My passport was retained although i've still got valid UK general visitors visa as well as other visas in my passport. i have already sent my appeal to the HO.

my questions are

1. Can i request for my passport as i need to travel urgently.
2. Will the duration of my application and the appeal process affect my general visitors conditions and how.

thanks.

I have moved you other post away from where it was. Please post only one topic.

To answer your question, you can ask for your passport to be returned. You can travel, but may find it difficult to return to the UK without having addressed the issues raised in your refusal.

Hi,

I urgently need help with an alternative contact telephone number to retrieve my retained passport.
I was given this number for a local immigration team to contact, (02072383965) but nobody picks up when you call.

Please help.
Thanks.
