EEA2 supporting documents query

Hello
Sorry if the following points have been covered before. But I could use all the help.
I am a non-EU national and my partner is an EU national (Spanish passport but born in the UK). I have been with him for 4 and a half years. Due to my studies, I only moved to the U.K in January 2012 to live with him (as a student with a Tier 4 Visa which expires in May 2014.) As I have been living with him for two years I want to apply for the unmarried partner visa EEA 2 in the next couple of weeks.
I have been living with him at his parents’ house and therefore cannot provide any utility bills, council tax, tenancy agreements etc. However all of my correspondence has been sent to his parents’ address, where we have been living, since I arrived.
We have the following documents:
• Correspondence from my University where I am studying my Masters (from February 2012 onwards)
• My banks statements from February 2012
• Joint bank statements from June 2012
• My partner’s passport, payslips etc. He is Spanish national but was born in the UK and has lived and worked here all of his life.
• My partner’s parents can provide letters confirming my residence with them for the past 2 years.
I was just wondering if all these documents are enough to prove the 2 years cohabitation. We have plenty of proof of being together for the past 4 and a half years (photos, e-mails, plane tickets etc). Would we have a strong case of success for the Visa. Would anybody suggest any further evidence to support our application?
I would appreciate you help. Thank you very much.
