Hi all I am a residence card holder and I got married in October 2012 which means its only been 15 months. My spouse is uncomfortable and she is already talking about divorce. I know the requirements for ROR But can anyone else suggest anything as I am certainly not falling in category as u need to be married for 3 years

Is there no chance at all for you to do all you can to sort out your differences, That seems to be the best way forward, difficulties can happen in marriage. But it also possible to overcame them. 15 months is not enough to retain ROR.
