Me and my wife who is an eea national we came to uk february 2008 and we got our pr so now when can we apply for british citizenship

My wife she was registered with WRS in October 2008 so I can apply in October 2014 or the date of arrival when we came to uk

Anywork done prior to WRS registration is ILLEGAL. So Oct 2014 that's her 6 years stay after WRS

But on her WRS job start date is in July but wrs was issued in October so can I apply in july

couple of members asked same question. Yes may be you can apply . the reason i said may be because everyone who asked this question end up applying for later date just to be on the safe side. it's only 3 months

Caseworker will always find a silly excuse to refuse an application. and you know fees it's not £55 like PR
