i am already have resident card and my wife she s working 10 h a week and i want apply for eea4 in future .

do u think 10 h a week is enough to show she s treaty right under european law ?

It will all depends on whether 10 hrs work is effective and genuine. What sort of entitlement does it confer on her. If it isn't, you will not succeed.
