On maternity leave
Now;
1-When can I apply exactly earliest days?
2- Do I need EEA4 which £55
3-what documents I should need?
I really want to put BC and go holiday first time

1. Did you get married in the UK? Then 5 years after you got married - April 2014. The dates on the RC don't mattter.
2. EEA4 is optional. If you want to apply directly for BC, you can skip EEA4 and apply for BC in April 2014 (if your husband is BC by then).
3. See
here.

2 - PR is obtained automatically after 5 years. You don't need to apply for it.
3 - You need your husband to attend the ceremony if you want to apply as a spouse of BC. Otherwise, you will need to wait another year (1 year after PR).
4 - once your husband attends a ceremony.
5 - it's worth to explain your case in short in the application.

Dear Jambo,
If he attend ceremoni before wedding date (he is gone abroad for health reason), do I need to proof 3years or 5 years of work or proof of residency?
I started to work on December-09 and and not

landlord was pay all (april09 till December09 jus waited only bank statement that's all ))
My passport was in HO till September09,
