Hi, I am Czech national and living in UK for 7 years,,I want to apply for eea3 but I have some questions

1. Five years of employment should be with one employer or it could be with several employers..because I worked in UK for different employers..

2.I was working from 2007-2013 and I had one month gap in 2010 and 1.5 month gap in 2011..will it cause any problems?!

3.. I was registered with wrs from 2007 and I have not completed with 12 months with same employer because u was working for different agencies and I never applied for Wrs after 2007 .. Will it cause problems???

Can anyone give advices?? Thank yiu

Ahoj.
I had similar problem/question and answer is that you had to apply for WRS every time you change your employer if you are not working for one employer for more than 12 months, then you don't have to apply anymore. That means you can apply for PR after 5 years from 04/2011
Sorry about that.

Yeah........ But proably not for UKBA.
If you were working for someone without WRS and some control came there, they would pay few thousand £ because you weren't registered.

As a Czech we are legal in UK but we had to have WRS otherwise that job was illegal or something like that. Anyway you can't apply for PR until 04/2016

Hmmm. That is what I don't know, but anyway time for PR is counted from 30.04.2011 so you can apply from 01.05.2016
