Hello every one its a question from one of my friend who recently got Indefinite in Poland, His wife is Polish and he has a 2 years old daughter as well, he wants to visit UK for few weeks. The question is does he require a visa to come to UK?? as he is Non EU National but his wife and daughter will accompany him in UK visit on top he is permanent resident of EU and he has that card. Please reply its kinda urgent. will highly appreciate. thanks

Even if he has polish indefinite/PR but still he will need visa to enter uk such as EEA family permit unless he is a non-visa national. Since the EU national is already outside the UK and with non-EU national then eea family permit can be obtained more easily.
