i think too many people read my story before as i been in this forum from long time and to be honest i learn-ed allot
any way to make the story short I'm an ex husband for eea wife we been in UK from 2006 and we got 1 son .
we separated in 20011 and the now we are divorced .
now the first eea2 expired in Oct 2013 . and because my ex wife she been working throught agency part time from 2010 till present some time 7 hour and some 10 and
some week 12 or 14
hour
so i decide to test the water before i go to ROR to see the out come
so i send the eea2 application and this the support document which i send
her id
my passport
pay slips from -2012-2013
letter explain we are separated and we are waiting for divorced
proof of residence
marriage certificate
and they send to me the application back and the good news they issue me another card for 5 year starting 29 -Jan-2014
and in 28-Jan-2014 the court they send to me the final divorced .
so now my question is
i will send them eea2 again and i will send these document
Her id
my passport
her pay slips from 2010 till 2014 until the divorce final
my pays slips from 2006 till now I'm still employed for the same company.
proof of married that its last for 8 year
proof that we been living in same house for 3 year
birth certificate for my son and that he is attending school
contract from my employer
my question is what is my chance for ROR and let me ask one question my divorce been final in Jan and in the end of December from the first 2week of Jan my ex wife
been out of work because she wasn't well and she got paper from my doctor she wasn't fit for work and i got the paper with me covering that period do you think that period
can effect my chance for ROR
any help will be appreciate
and just to issue my ex been self emplyed from 2 year till present but i will not apply as self emplyed to keep its simple or what you think i should submet also that she is self emplyed

You will make it more complicated if you send everything you wrote
what home office like to see

- your wife exercise treaty time at the divorce and you exercise treaty after divorce finalised

Why you interested in EHIC / Comprehensive sickness insurance before ?

I was interested in EHIC because I was thinking
to apply for eea4 but I will not get as my ex she was
out of work and we had no private health insurance
and that why im going for for eea2 just to be in safe side

you said I should send my ex treaty right at the time of
divorce . And my ex she been out of work in that month
for 2 week but I got letter from her doctor that she is not
not fit for work .
do you think I will have problem in RoR ??
Keep posting as I will keep this topic update for every stage

Could you please tell me how did you apply for ROR, which form you used? I am in similar situation and my solicitor said that I don't need to apply for ROR because I qualify for it anyways.
Please let me know the details.

dont worry man we are here to help each other
I used eea2 application instead of eea4 becouse my wife
she was out of work so they will refused me so I didnt
wont to risk
I wrote cover letter explain them that I want to retain my right
and I send document which support my application
thanks god my ex she is helping me and give me all
the documents I need its
The document I send I listed up
I dont know what will be the out come but I will keep
posting
