Hello all,

I have an ongoing EEA2 for my wife and all our documents are with UKBA. I know I can ask them to send me back, but want to know if you can give me some info about this.

We applied on December 17th, 2013. We got all letters correctly so far (first one and CoA). But the stamp on her passport will expire on March 11th.

Do we have to ask them to send the docs and leave the country for a couple days and return to have a new stamp or can we wait until the process is finished?

The stamp only mean the stamp expires not her right to live in the UK. Under EEA regulations rights are obtained automatically. There is no need to have a valid "visa".
