Hi im miriam and Im the non eu wife with 5 yrs resident card of my italian husband. I'd like to know if anybody obtained the family permits for their mom and dad (non eu living in italy) in law.I'm not willing to apply for a tourist visa coz my parents dont have a proper job contract in italy.

In order to be able to apply for Family Permit, they have to either
- be financially dependent on you/your husband (rely on your money to satisfy their essential needs)
or
- live with you as members of your/your husband's household immediately before you moved to UK (if this was a recent move)
