RoR holder and new spouse (non-EEA), need advise.....

Hi guys,
I have to discuss an important issue on this forum. I'm RoR (retention of right of residence) after divorce with EEA national in 2012. Now I have made another marriage with Non-EEA national woman. But she is living out of EEA (European Economic Area). As I do not hold PR (Permanent Residency) yet. And I cannot bring her here in UK on spouse visa, until unless I get my PR. But can I bring her here not on spouse visa but on some other type/category of visa? Do you guys have some idea/information?
I mean for some short term visa, for couple of months. As I'm living here as a resident (not permanent resident, but with resident card) for last 4 years, and working as a permanent employ for last 4 years as well.
I will be very thankful of you guys, if you will give some time to this discussion. I really need to know about this situation, under your knowledge and experiences.
