Hi,
Everyone i wish who applied for eea residence card every one receive it .

I applied for eea2 family residence permit and my partner was employed at that time .We send application in dec 2013 and yesterday her employer got verification call from home office to confirm employment .

The important thing is at the time of application she accepted employment offer and that letter we sent to liverpool with application that shes been offer employment .
At the moment she is looking for other job as the pay rate was not good .The employer when got call confirmed that they offer employment but she is not working with them at the moment .

I am really conscious what would happen please my friends i need your valuable advice that i there any thing we can send them by ourselves as employer contacted my partner about verification call (surprised as they are good people atleast they informed her ).
Is there any action required by us will home office reject eea 2 application on these basis .

Please any one experienced the situation or any opinions .

Thank you all of you

Unfortunately your application will be refused, prepare to reapply when your wife is in employment.

This letter is not enough. EEA national need to have proper job and already working for the company . " looking forward to put her on work in up coming assignments" is not a job contract and it's not guaranteed how long will work or the length of the contract

Whatever you do send the documents before they make a decision . If they do then it will be another long wait ( reconsider, appeal )
