appeal to upper tribunal refused by first tier tribunal

I applied to the first tier tribunal to go to the upper tribunal but refused based on the fact that my affidavit contains mismatch date and the judge discredited my marriage certificate and my former representative wrote my landlord's address as my address in the eea form submitted with the application. pls, doe this error automatically render my documents invalid or I can contest it?pls, I need urgent advice. thank u all
