I am my husband attended the marriage interview and We were refused stating our marriage is that of convenience. We need the transcript of our interview because our solicitor needs it to file the appeal. Please does anyone that has attended marriage interview in Liverpool have the form we were given to request for the interview transcript. I have misplaced mine but I need the information and email on the form to send this request. Please can anyone help me.

I've seen all your posts updated thanks for sharing your story. I'm very worried about the interview we are a genuine couple together for 4 years. I was just wondering how do they start the interview do they give you a change to start showing them your photos and documents or this come during the whole interview? Sorry to boded you if all my questions. I do appreciate your reply thanks

hi what does it says in HO REFUSAL LETTER . did they mention ay thing about wrong answers during in interview etc if yes they should mention the questions as well.
and the reason why they believe its marriage of convenience
