Hi,
I am applying for RC. Currently i have EEA FP. What documents should attach with my application. Do i need to attach my salary slips as well?

I can see on application form, There are so many extra pages for example payment guidance and EEA National categories. Should i cross the irrelevant sections or leave them blank.

Can any other person tell what was their timeline if they had EEA FP before.

Thanks

On what basis have you got the EEA FP? Normally its the EEA national activities that matter so your payslip is irrelevant.

Just leave blank.

There is no difference in process time if you had FP before. Check the dedicated thread for timescales.

if you want to apply for residence card you have to use ee2 form . yes there are too many pages but you only have to fill the relevant parts if you doing by yourself with out help of solicitor I will advice go through forms fill all relevant sections .for payment postal orders can be used if you don't have bank account .
and don't worry about irrelevant parts they are not needed.

The 2 years is not relevant to married couples.
