Hi All,
I have been reading this forum and found it is very helpful. Thank you very much. I just wonder if you could help me with my questions. I am currently under EEA2 visa on my husband ( EEA nations). However, I have a question on excercise treaty right for him. He just changed position recently ( still with the same company) and he now will be outside UK for around 8 months every year. Will it affect his status as excercise treaty right in the UK? He will only stay in the UK for 3 weeks in every 8 weeks. Does that matter? Can he still excercise his treaty right under self-sufficent. I dont want this to affect my situation when I apply for the eea4 later on.
Many thanks

Give some more details on where he will be working and his citizenship.

He might be viewed as a frontier worker...but the experts will probably need some more info to provide advice.

he will work outside EU. Not sure what you mean by his citizenship. He is Spanish
Also, he will be paying UK tax if that helps.
