Hi everyone

My sister lives in spain. She is from India and have valid spanish visa expiring October, 2014. Her husband have spanish passport and two children have the spanish passport as well. They are planning to come to UK to settle here.

Do she have to apply for UK visa to enter the country. As her husband and two daughters dont need as they are spanish nationals.

Your answers will be much appreciated.

If she only have a Spanish VISA and not a residence card, she will need an EEA family permit which can be applied for at the British Embassy Visa Centre in the country where she is living now. See here for more details: https://www.gov.uk/family-permit.
