Was the card issued based on your EEA wife? Then she can "sponsor" your child as well.

You will need to apply for the EEA family permit for the kid to get into the UK first. See here:
https://www.gov.uk/family-permit‎.
The documents required will be the same as those used for your EEA family permit, apart from the documents to establish your relationship to your child (i.e. birth certificate)

Hello million111 - When i applied for my daughter back home, we first fill the form VAF5 online in order to get an appointment for the visa. We then submitted EEA hubby ID, his bank statement and letter from work to prove he his exercising treaty right, + tenancy agreement for proof of accommodation, daughter full birth certificate and hospital letters, copy of my RC, utility bills + child passport and EEA hubby did a cover note explaining that he would like the dependant child to come and stay with us as a family member.
Hope this help

Hello All,
What is the maximum age requirement for the child of a Non EEA Family member to be applied for in joining the Family Member in the UK?

Hi - i provided both copies and original documents (they returned the original one). As for EEA ID and my own ID the person who received me ask me to show her the original and then only included the copies in the file. please note that there is no british consulate in the country i applied from, so they have this mobile biometrics system who come down in my country to process the file and then send it to the consulate. For this reason the person told me that it was not safe for them to take original of ID, so she marked on the copy " original seen".
Hope this help.
