got refused due to not showing evidence of continous resident in uk.Am a spouse of eea nation.


please send format of eea4 reconsideration letter

There is no standard format.

Just show them which mistakes they made when assessing your application and, if they acknowledge that they were wrong, they will change it.

do u have any idea of how long it take from the day caseworker receives it.

my application was refused(eea4)
insuficient document to show eea national excercing traety right.
she is self employed,we sent:
payslip till 2009
and self employed from 2010 after maternity till date.

sent ni cont
self assesment

Those documents on their own , does not demonstrate self employment.

Did you provide invoice to customer, business account,

and was receiving cash,

but filed all my self asse and paid ni contribution

you need log of whose hair she did, how much they paid, how much she spent on hair products.

Basically, you have to demonstrate that you were not simply filing tax returns and paying NI, but there was a genuine self rmployment activity.

do u think i should apply for another eea2 then instead of eea4 and we can start filling again or apply for naturalization after 10yrs on eearoute,

at the moment we can produce tax return,self asses normal bank account

was panning to send a reconsideration letter.

do u think it will be sucessful?
