Hello, can you please help me with a query.

I am Eu citizen, partner non EU we are in a durable relationship and have been living together
for about 3 years. We lived together just under 6 months in UK, then 2 years in my country in EU and 6 months in his country outside EU.

Does she qualify for EEA RC or do we need to prove 2 years living together in uK??

Time spend in yours and his country will count. Provided you can provide documentary evidence to confirm this.

If there is a child and/or other joint financial committment, then 2 years may not even be necessary.

If you could provide proof of living together in all of those countries, you will be fine, you do not have to have lived 2 years in the UK preceding your application.

Happy to read this thread as a friend of mine was telling me that i may be due for PR. My case is that i Non EEA have been married for 10 years with EEA and divorce is being process. We used to lived in my country 3 years prior to EEA joining me in the UK end 2009 and started exercising treaty right in 2010 resulted to my RC in 2010. RC expired in 2015 and just received decree nissi so waiting for the 6 weeks to apply for decree absolute and then probably ROR.
My quesion is do you think that if i provide proof of cohabitation from 2007 till 2009 in non EEA country, can i count that towards the year for PR?

Any light on this will be much appreciated.
