PR query under EEA law

Hello Everyone

Can you please advise me , as i am little bit confused , i got my first EEA resident card as a family member of an EEA from 2009 until june 2014 at that time at i didn't have a passport when i received my passport later my card was sent off to the HO for endorsement and i was issue a new EEA card from 2011-2016 , now my question is am i due for a PR now or i will have to wait till 2016?

RC issue date or RC expirey date does not matter in EU regulations.
You are require to show five years under EU regulations.
Your time starts from the date of your marriage.
Or if durable partnership then the time starts when HO first time issue you a RC.

check the date when You made your first application for RC .
YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FIRST ACKNOWLDGEMENT LETTER . you should have a five years residence I uk .
