Hi,
Been trying to chase the H.O for about 2 weeks now any every time I call, no matter what time of the day I get "due to exceptionally high call volume we cannot answer your call" and they disconnect me.
Anyone knows what's that about??

Been trying to call other numbers but they tell me only this line (immigration of EEA) can help me.

Cheers

I've been calling 0300 123 2253.

When you call 0151 672 5626 it says that it's the old no and please dial the number above.

You're right, we cannot get to speak to anyone on the 0300 number. That 0151 number was working last month and now it definetly is NOT.

Just tried again, 10am- off-peak time, now a new message says "sorry, due to high call demand we're unable to take your call" and tells me to go to their website. I think they're trying to minimise the calls but this is too aggressive, I've been trying to reach an adviser since the 1st of April!
