ILR for Indian (Married to Polish lady)

Good evening All,
One of my friend married to polish girl. He wanted to apply for ILR (inside UK).
If anyone knows ,could you please send me application form for him.

I've moved this to the EEA forum as I think your friend will be referring to Permanent Residence rather than ILR given his spouse is an EEA national.

Amber is right, he will probably be applying for Permanent Residence on Form EEA4:

Note that there are many threads on this forum re: EEA4 applications. You might want to consult them before asking sweeping questions here. I'm sure most of the info you need will be in the forum or available on Google.
